Los Angeles-based Surface Protection Industries retained Grace Matthews to sell its Paramount Paint & Lacquer division in a competitive sale process.

As an industry leader in wood coatings, Chemcraft had strategic reasons to increase its market share on the West Coast, as a strong consolidator in this competitive market.

As a result of its in-depth knowledge of the coatings marketplace, Grace Matthews was able to match the Paramount division with a motivated, strategic buyer and negotiate a favorable transaction.
