MILWAUKEE (May 19, 2026) – Graycliff Partners LP announced that its portfolio company, Diamond Chemical Company, LLC (“Diamond”), a manufacturer of commercial and institutional soaps, detergents and warewash products, has acquired Nyco Products Company (“Nyco”), creating one of the leading independent providers of sanitization chemicals in the U.S. Grace Matthews advised the shareholders of Nyco on this transaction.
