MILWAUKEE (May 13, 2026) – Diamond Vogel, a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-quality paints and coatings, announces the sale of certain architectural paint store locations to JC Licht. Grace Matthews advised Diamond Vogel on the transaction.

Diamond Vogel is implementing a strategic transformation in its approach to the architectural coatings market. As part of this shift, the company is divesting its company-owned retail stores that primarily serve painting contractors, homeowners, and maintenance professionals. 

JC Licht has agreed to acquire multiple Diamond Vogel architectural paint business locations in WI, including Madison, Appleton, and the assumption of certain assets in the Milwaukee-area. JC Licht plans to continue operations at these sites and retain all current employees.
