MILWAUKEE (February 16, 2021) – Diamond Vogel, a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high quality paints and coatings, announces the sale of its Colorado and New Mexico distribution operations and store locations to Guiry’s, Incorporated (“Guiry’s”). Grace Matthews advised Diamond Vogel on the transaction.

The transaction comprises Diamond Vogel’s 14 store locations across Colorado and New Mexico. Guiry’s will continue to offer Diamond Vogel coatings, along with additional product lines and services, at these locations. Guiry’s anticipates adding Diamond Vogel product lines to their existing store locations, broadening the product mix available to Guiry’s customers.
