MILWAUKEE (May 13, 2026) – Diamond Vogel, a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-quality paints and coatings, announces the sale of certain architectural paint store locations to Ewert Supply. Grace Matthews advised Diamond Vogel on the transaction.

Diamond Vogel is implementing a strategic transformation in its approach to the architectural coatings market. As part of this shift, the company is divesting its company-owned retail stores that primarily serve painting contractors, homeowners, and maintenance professionals. 

Ewert Supply has agreed to acquire 2 of Diamond Vogel’s architectural paint business locations in Casper, WY & McCook, NE. Ewert Supply plans to continue operations at these sites and retain all current employees.
