Aakash Chemicals (Heritage Color)

Heritage Color LLC, is a Savannah, GA manufacturer of liquid pigment dispersions offering state-of-the-art manufacturing and formulation expertise to customers across North America in the seed coatings and graphics arts markets. Founded in 2011, Heritage has established a position as a technology leader in its markets by utilizing cutting-edge Nanomill technology to achieve dispersion qualities that cannot be attained by using traditional ball mill processes. In 2016, Aakash Chemicals, an investor in Heritage Color, proposed to buy out the other shareholders in order to align Heritage’s operations more closely with Aakash Chemicals. Grace Matthews advised Aakash Chemicals on the transaction, which closed in March 2017.
