Milwaukee, WI (June 30, 2016) – Grace Matthews, Inc. and CASS Polymers, a Shoreview Industries portfolio company, today announced that Bacon Adhesives (“Bacon”) has been acquired by Royal Adhesives & Sealants (“Royal”). Bacon previously operated as a division of CASS Polymers. Grace Matthews advised CASS Polymers and Shoreview Industries on this transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Irvine, California, Bacon is a developer and manufacturer of highly specified, electrically and thermally conductive adhesives for demanding aerospace and defense, communications, avionics, satellite, and other electronics applications.
