Our Team

Paulina Romero, Analyst, joined Grace Matthews after completing the GM Summer Internship. Paulina holds a B.S. in Chemical & Biological Engineering (Cum Laude) and a minor in Finance from Princeton University. While at Princeton, Paulina was a member of the Princeton Latin American Student Association, Princeton Corporate Finance Club, Society of Women Engineers, and Tiger Inn Club. She was also a chemistry and economics tutor at the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning. Paulina was elected to Sigma Xi and was awarded the Michelle Goudie ’93 Senior Thesis Award for her work on the use of non-conventional, halotolerant yeasts for biofuel production. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Paulina interned at Alicorp where she evaluated strategies to reduce production costs in oral care products while maintaining product performance and quality.
