Our Team

Matt Stouder, Associate, supports private and public companies and private equity groups on mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs in a variety of chemical segments, including coatings and resins, plastics additives, specialty ingredients, life sciences, and chemical distribution.

Matt holds an M.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Chemistry (Magna cum Laude) from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, Matt was the recipient of numerous scholarships including the STEM to Stocks Fellowship and the Presidential Endowed Scholarship. As an undergraduate, Matt was named the Freshman Chemistry Student of the Year. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Matt interned at EFC Separations BV in the Netherlands, working with a team of international scientists on commercialization of food and dairy ingredient technologies.
