Our Team

Kyle Tamboli, Associate, supports private and public companies and private equity groups on mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs in a variety of chemical and material science segments.  Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Kyle worked at a private family office where he was responsible for thesis generation, sourcing, evaluating and execution of M&A with lower middle market manufacturing companies with a footprint in the Midwest. Additionally, Kyle worked in Corporate Development at Kohler Company, a global consumer products company, and Zywave, a private equity-backed software company, helping lead inorganic initiatives through the evaluation of potential M&A targets and partnerships and providing strategic advisory guidance to leadership.

Kyle received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where he was a member of the Men’s lacrosse club team.
