Eric Sabelhaus
Eric Sabelhaus, Director, leads buy-side, sell-side, and corporate carve-out transactions in a variety of chemicals and materials segments, including water treatment chemicals, flavors, food ingredients, coatings & resins, lubricants, petrochemicals and derivatives, and distribution. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Eric worked as an investment banking Associate at Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee in Baird’s technology and services group and also spent five years as an engineer at GE Energy, most recently in the Aero Energy Products division. He completed GE’s Edison Engineering Development Program, where one of his rotations was in coal gasification technology. While in the Edison Program, Eric received the Outstanding Edison Award (peer selected from cohort of over 50 Edison engineers) and earned Lean Six Sigma quality certification.
Eric, originally from Cincinnati, received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
