MILWAUKEE (January 31, 2017) – Buckman Laboratories International announced that it has sold a portion of its water treatment business to Triwater Holdings subsidiary Klenzoid Canada, Inc., an industrial water treatment company based in Mississauga, Ontario. As part of the agreement, the affected Buckman sales associates have joined Klenzoid and continue in their current roles. The change of ownership allows Buckman to focus on water treatment and process chemistry for the oil/gas, ethanol, utilities, paper and leather markets, deliver the most value to its customers and remain committed to the long-term sustainability of the company.
