"Having worked as a public equities analyst at a major investment bank, I understand well that the values of publicly traded firms are set by impersonal market forces beyond any individual's control.  What I like about the environment at Grace Matthews is that the role of 'the market' is not so clear cut.  A skilled advisor has the opportunity, as well as the challenge, to directly influence the value of a client's business."
