Main Steel / TSA Processing

Main Steel Polishing Company, based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, is the largest national toll processor of stainless steel and other metals, operating multiple facilities across the United States.  In late 2009, the shareholders of the Company engaged Grace Matthews to do evaluate sale options for the Company, which included a strategic review of each facility.  At that time, it was determined that a sale of the Arlington, TX facility would best suit the immediate needs of the Company and better position Main Steel for their eventual sale in 2011.

Grace Matthews marketed the Arlington facility to a select group of potential buyers that could both utilize the facility’s geographic footprint and processing capabilities.  TSA Processing, Houston, TX, quickly emerged as a strong buyer, and presented an acceptable offer for the facility.  The transaction was completed in March 2010.
