<p>Compass Chemical International LLC (Compass) has been acquired by One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Grace Matthews, Inc., a Milwaukee-based investment bank, advised the seller, BMMC Holdings LLC, on the transaction.</p> <p>With operations in Smyrna, GA, and Huntsville, TX, Compass is a leading independent producer of organophosphonates and other chemicals. The company serves a diverse set of customers in various industries including industrial water, recreational water, oil &amp; gas, and others.</p> <p>One Rock Managing Partner Tony W. Lee said: &quot;Over the years, Compass has grown from a distribution business to a world-class manufacturer of phosphonate-based scale and corrosion inhibitors for various applications.
